The list of ingredients include bacon, French baguette, eggs, olive oil, salt and pepper. Slice the baguette and make a hole in the middle. Set aside. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp and brown. Drain fat on a paper towel. Wipe bacon fat from the pan and coat with cooking spray. Reduce heat to medium low and put the baguette on a pan. Crack the egg in a cup. Pour into the hole slowly. Season with salt and pepper and cook for two minutes. Flip and cook for another minute until egg is cooked.
