How well do eggs, herbs, hot sauce and brioche go together? The proof is in this recipe! With your oven preheated to 350 degrees and your baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray, you can proceed to prepare the Brioche rolls. The idea is to make an egg cup by slicing the top off and removing some of the bottom half’s inside. Next, brush the rolls with olive oil then crack an egg into each “cup.” Top with a dash of salt and pepper, chopped parsley or cilantro, finely chopped basil leaves and a drizzle of Tabasco hot sauce. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and serve at any time of the day for a sweet, spicy and rich meal.
