She didn’t make it from scratch. She used a jar of sandwich spread and just added some herbs and spices to give it some homemade flair.
Another plus point for this recipe is that it is baked and not fried. That means less grease in your burger. Baking in the oven melts the pepper jack cheese all over the sandwich. And the smoked chopped almonds and cilantro round up the ensemble.
