The author of this recipe calls these brown sugar crackers with bacon “crazy addictive” and we don’t have to wonder why. Just one look at this bacon wrapped crackers, and you know that once you eat it, you’ll find it very hard to stop!
If you’re going to try this recipe, don’t’ use thick cut bacon as this will take longer to get crispy. And by the time it does, the crackers might have already burned. Also, it’s a good idea to bake them on a cooling rack on top of a baking pan. This way, the crackers would remain crispy because they won’t absorb the grease coming from the bacon.
