The author’s first attempt to make drunken grapes with goat cheese was a major success. Everyone loved it. This time, she tried soaking seedless grapes in a Smoking Loon Chardonnay and wrapped poached shrimp around it before sticking into mini skewers. The combination turned out to be awesome.
This appetizer is easy to prepare as well. In fact, it can be made ahead of time. And you’ll only need a few items like seedless grapes, a bottle of Chardonnay (or whatever light white wine you have in your pantry), fresh frozen tiger shrimp, water, and Herbs De Provence (mixture of various herbs).
