These cinnamon roll waffles look professionally made. But these are actually homemade. To make these, you’ll need the following ingredients: all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, buttermilk, canola oil, vanilla, butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
First, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, combine oil, vanilla, buttermilk and eggs. Add this mixture to the flour mixture. Mix just well enough but the batter should still be a little lumpy. Preheat waffle iron. Coat with nonstick spray. Pour batter and bake until done.
Next, make the cinnamon topping by combining cinnamon, brown sugar and butter. Put mixture in a plastic bag and set aside. For the cream cheese topping, heat butter and cream cheese in the microwave. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Drizzle cinnamon and cream cheese topping on top of the waffle and serve.
