A few years back, the recipe author made coconut shrimp after being inspired by an episode of Iron Chef. This time, she wanted to make something more sophisticated, and so she created this coconut flaked shrimp with mango Sriracha sauce. It’s free of grain and gluten but it does include eggs. She baked the shrimp under a broiler until crispy.
As it turns out mango goes really well with Sriracha sauce. It was so good that she decided to include it as dipping sauce. The other ingredients that you’ll be needing are almond flour, starch, coconut flakes, black pepper, salt, cayenne, and paprika.
