But this doesn’t mean your recipe has to require a long list of ingredients or difficult culinary skills. You can keep it short and simple and still get interesting and outstanding results, as is the case with this salmon tower. All you’ll need to do is cut a piece of fresh salmon and a ripe cantaloupe melon into dices. Combine and top with some herring eggs and a sprinkling of sea salt between the salmon and lemon.
