Dry Rub Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Slaw

Meaty and full flavor—you’re going to have a hard time resisting these pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw.

It’s good to know that although the cooking time is quite long, preparation is minimal. All you have to do is to mix up the ingredients for the dry rub, make the sauce and coleslaw, and that’s it. All that’s left to do is to wait. You can use a slow cooker or oven for this recipe.

You’re going to need the following: Boston butt pork roast, olive oil, water, paprika, salt, sugar, dry mustard, cumin, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, ketchup, rice vinegar, cider vinegar, apple juice, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, whole grain mustard, garlic, onion, sandwich buns, coleslaw, dill pickles, and potato chips.
