Prepare the following ingredients: spinach, tomatoes, avocado, parma ham, cheese, mint, black pepper, egg, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. All you have to do is to arrange all the ingredients (except for the egg) in a platter, and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Top with poached egg. Season with pepper.
