If you love the classic breakfast eggs Benedict, for sure, you’ll also enjoy this towering sandwich with beef burgers and lettuce. To make this, round up the following: ground beef, salt, pepper, hamburger buns, hollandaise sauce mix, stone ground mustard, eggs, lettuce leaves, tomato and bacon strips.
In a bowl, mix beef with salt and pepper and form into patties. Grill burger for four to six minutes on each side. Grill buns with the cut side down until golden toasted. Prepare sauce according to the instructions in the packet. Stir in mustard. In a nonstick skillet with oil, cook eggs. Then layer the lettuce, tomato and burgers between the buns. Top with bacon, eggs and hollandaise sauce.
