So these are the things that you’re going to need to cook this enchilada: extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, taco seasoned ground turkey meat (or lean ground beef with low-sodium taco seasoning), low-sodium chicken broth, enchilada sauce, dried rotini pasta, Colby Jack cheese, green onion and black olives.
