It’s true that some sandwiches are just impossible to resist like this fried green tomatoes and shrimp sandwich. It was inspired by the author’s recent dish of fried green tomatoes with shrimp remoulade. He enjoyed it so much that he decided to turn it into a po’boy sandwich. A po’ boy sandwich to those who are not familiar with it is a sandwich that originated in Lousiana, and is served in a baguette.
