Indeed, sometimes less is more. This garlic and lime shrimp dish keeps it simple yet savory. Just toss together 1 kilogram of large raw shrimp (peeled, with the tails intact), 1/3 cup of lime juice, two tablespoons of garlic-infused olive oil, finely sliced garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover the bowl in cling film and place in the refrigerator. Take it out after 30 minutes. Strain the juices and remove the slices of garlic. Then go fry the shrimps in olive oil over medium-high heat. About 2 minutes on each side should do the trick. Garnish with chopped flat-leaf parsley and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
