How do you like your pie? Sweet or savory? If you answer the latter, you’re going to enjoy this layer ham and cheese pie.
To make this, gather the following: plain flour, butter, water, zucchini, capsicum, asparagus, ham, cheese, egg and light sour cream. First, preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Prepare the springform cake pan. Mix flour and butter in a food processor until you get fine breadcrumbs. Add water and blend until it becomes a soft pastry.
Knead pastry and put between baking papers. Roll into a circle. Put in the fridge. Preheat grill and cook vegetables for two to three minutes on each side. Layer cheese, ham and vegetable on the pastry. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the veggies. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 190 degrees C and bake for another 50 to 60 minutes.
