Stuffed pasta shells can make for a standout entrée, especially with this recipe. It uses jumbo pasta shells that are cooked al dente then filled with a mixture of chive and onion cream cheese spread, shredded Italian cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, and cooked lean ground beef.
The shells are arranged over and covered in a sauce made using chunky tomato pasta sauce and water. Pop in the oven and wait for the filling to set and the sauce to get bubbly (which takes about 40 to 45 minutes). Then add a sprinkling of Italian cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
