The first step is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line your baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Combine panko, parmesan, Old Bay, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat egg white in another bowl. Dip shrimp in egg white then in the panko bread mixture and then put on the baking pan. Coat shrimp with cooking spray. Bake for three minutes then flip shrimp. Bake for another three minutes. Serve warm.
