Lemongrass Shrimp with Chili and Garlic

If you’re a shrimp lover, beware of this recipe. This lemongrass shrimp with chili and garlic is highly addicting, and might leave you obsessed.

But if you’re ready for that, here are what you’ll need: red chili, garlic, lemongrass stalk, shrimp and bamboo skewers. Soak the skewers in water for one hour before using.

Mince garlic, chili and lemongrass until the mixture becomes a paste. Place mixture in a bowl and rub shrimp with it. Marinate for 30 minutes before skewering shrimp. Place on a grill pan and cook for two minutes on each side.
