I know what you’re thinking the moment you saw this photo–your Easter Sunday party will be a huge hit because of these cute and adorable deviled eggs. They’re absolutely perfect for Easter Sunday! They’ll probably be a bigger attraction than the Easter egg hunt.
And let’s not forget, these delicious finger foods are also a cinch to make. You’ve promised yourself that for this year’s Easter party, you’re going to have a great time, and you’ll not slave yourself inside the kitchen. So this is an ideal recipe because it’ll only take you a couple of minutes to prepare.
You just need to boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, remove them from shells, and slice them in half. Better if you could use a hard boiled egg slicer so you don’t have to worry about messing it up. Also a good trick would be to a drop or two of vinegar in the water you’ll use for boiling the eggs. This makes it easier to peel the eggs.
Then remove the egg yolk and mix with mayonnaise. Set aside for a while. The egg whites meanwhile will be soaked in a cup of water with food coloring. When the egg whites turn into colored eggs, then you can put a scoop of the yolk mixture on top of it. You can top with finely sliced green onions if you like.
The recipe in the link gives you 20 pieces but if you’re going to have more guests say 50 or 75, you can easily double or triple the portions to get more deviled eggs.
