To make this, you’ll need poached egg, bread slices, frozen green peas, feta cheese, pine nuts, mixed greens, olive oil, salt and pepper. Boil peas in salted water for one to two minutes. Drain and squeeze with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry pine nuts on olive oil. Place peas, nuts, feta, egg, and mixed greens on the bread.
