Mixed Green Sandwich with a Poached Egg

You’ve always been a fan of meaty sandwiches. In fact, you feel like your sandwich isn’t complete when it’s not loaded with any type of meat. But maybe, it’s just because you have not yet tried an amazing vegetable sandwich. Here’s your chance to do so.

To make this, you’ll need poached egg, bread slices, frozen green peas, feta cheese, pine nuts, mixed greens, olive oil, salt and pepper. Boil peas in salted water for one to two minutes. Drain and squeeze with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry pine nuts on olive oil. Place peas, nuts, feta, egg, and mixed greens on the bread.
