Many food trends just come and go but there are some that are so good, people can’t get enough of them, and they stop being a fad and eventually become more of a tradition. One that would probably be like that is pretzel burger. Pretzel burgers are much loved for their salty and chewy dough.
Traditionally, pretzel is dipped in a lye solution before baking. But you can replace this with baking soda and water so you don’t have to expose your food to corrosive chemicals. It’d also be nice to stud the buns with caraway seeds for some extra crunch.
