Dip them in ranch or marinara sauce, and they taste even better.
For the ingredients, you will need vegetable oil, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, zucchini rounds, all purpose flour and eggs. The first step is to heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat. In a bowl, mix parmesan and breadcrumbs then set aside. Dredge zucchini in flour, dip in egg, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Fry zucchini until golden crispy. Serve right away.
