One appetizer you can count on, whatever the scenario, is a combination of cranberries, pistachios and goat cheese—a treat that’s sweet, salty and earthy all at once. Plus, it looks lovely on a platter and is so simple to make! You just need to coarsely chop 4 tablespoons each of dried cranberries and shelled pistachios. Combine them on a plate and then roll goat cheese in the mixture. Serve with your choice of crackers and you’ll be all set.
