The recipe actually adds a twist to the classic caramel popcorn. It’s spiced with a hint of cinnamon, drizzled with some vanilla, and topped with almond bark.
To prepare a batch, you’ll need 16 cups of popped popcorn, 2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup light corn syrup, 1 teaspoon each of salt, soda and cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon vanilla. The topping is made from 2 squares of white almond bark and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Storage-wise, remember to use an airtight container.
