Can’t get enough of potatoes? Here’s another fun potato recipe that you can add to your collection—crispy potato strips seasoned with parmesan cheese and rosemary.
The first step is to heat a thin layer of olive oil in a pot or Dutch oven. Use a vegetable peeler to make potato strips. Once the oil is hot, layer six to eight strips at a time. Fry until the edges brown and turn crispy. Flip and fry for another minute. Drain in paper towel. Season with salt, rosemary and parmesan cheese.
