These cute little treats are not only overly delicious, they’re also easy to make. To make the dough, you’ll need butter, sugar, salt, egg yolks, pastry flour, and heavy cream.
First step is to beat butter in a mixer for two to three minutes. Add sugar and mix for another 30 seconds. Put salt and egg yolks. Then put the flour in. Mix until dough comes together. Add cream and pulse for 15 to 30 seconds. Wrap dough in film and chill for four hours. Roll dough into tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes.
For the ganache, prepare the following: white chocolate, butter, heavy cream, light corn syrup, and dark rum or raspberry liquor. Chop white chocolate finely and put in bowl with butter. Boil cream and corn syrup in a saucepan. Pour hot cream over the chocolate. Mix chocolate in circular motion using rubber spatula. Add rum or raspberry liquor. The last step is to assemble the cake.
